Dmitry Lozinsky
decorated with Order of Friendship

August 18, 1999, Dmitry Lozinsky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of
DialogueScience, was decorated with the Order of Friendship by a decree of the President of the Russian Federation.
The Order was presented by Natalia Fonaryova, First Deputy Minister of
Antitrust Policy and Business Support of the Russian Federation.
Dmitry Lozinsky received congratulations on this honourable reward and the
60th Anniversary (press release #36) from
his colleagues, as well as DialogueScience clients and partners:
- Boris Tikhomirov, Department Deputy Chief of the Ministry of
Economics of the Russian Federation;
- Sergei Babin, Department Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the
Armed Forces of the Russian Federation;
- Vladimir Sen'kin, Director of the State Enterprise FAIB, Testing
Laboratory of the State Technical Committee of the Russian Federation;
- Anna Alyoshina, Chairman of the Central and Regional Council of the
International Sport Society SPARTAK;
- Pyotr Zrelov, President of the Joint Venture DIALOGUE, Association
of Joint Ventures, International Organizations and Alliances, National
Foundation "Business Culture".
In his speech, Dmitry Lozinsky said, "I would like to thank my friends
with whom I worked for so long in Gosplan, Ministry of Economics and
DialogueScience, for their constant help and support. They always did the
most difficult part of the work. I am lucky to have them in my life."
