Overview
Doctor Web for OS/2 is a version of the popular antivirus scanner, Doctor Web, designed to run under the OS/2 operating
system.Doctor Web for OS/2 is a member of the 32-bit family of antivirus scanners briefly referred to as DrWeb32. All 32-bit Doctor Web scanners (for DOS/386, Windows'9x/NT, Novell NetWare and OS/2) has modular architecture and include the following components:
This architecture enables all 32-bit Doctor Web versions to use the same kernel and virus databases.
The shell of Doctor Web for OS/2 provides a simple command-line interface typical for batch processing. However, the version for OS/2 and versions with graphical interface offer absolutely similar functionality.
To get help on the program's command-line switches, run Doctor Web with the /? switch.
